In addition to making sure our patients get the most appropriate and highest quality treatment, we also try to ensure our patients receive the best customer care.

As part of our on-going quality review, we ask all patients to fill in a satisfaction survey once their treatment is completed.

Despite treating many complicated problems, with a high percentage of our patients having recurrent varicose veins, we manage to maintain very high levels of patient satisfaction year after year.

For example in 2009

- 98% of patients said the surgeons were excellent or very good
- 100% think our customer service is good to excellent (with 56% thinking it is excellent)
