Gabriele trained at The Whiteley Clinic in 2012 and has been practising The Whiteley Protocol® to treat his varicose vein patients since 2014.

What treatments do you specialise in?

My specialist treatment is Endovenous Thermal Ablation.  Endovenous thermal ablation is a procedure that uses a laser or high-frequency radio waves to create just the right amount of heat to shrink the vein. After the vein shrinks, the body automatically routes the blood through other, healthy veins. This procedure is generally performed on large varicose veins.

Where did you train?

I qualified and trained in Italy and also in Oxford in the UK.

What do you enjoy about your job?

Relieving patients of the burden of their symptoms, ameliorating their quality of life.
