This weekend, Chris Evans wrote an article in The Sunday Times magazine.
He explains how he has changed his life for the better.
In the article, Chris explains how he has come to find a better way of living.
He also gives a list of books that have helped him form his views.
In a section called “My Habits for a Happy Life”, Chris points out the need to get rid of any conditions that impact well-being.
He quotes his treatment for varicose veins, performed by Prof Mark Whiteley at The Whiteley Clinic. Chris featured Mark on his show the day following his surgery! He has also been quoted widely including in the Sun.
